Last year was awesome, and we’re ready to make more memories! Enjoy cozy gathering spaces, beautiful views, meaningful conversations, and a weekend that gives you room to breathe.

What’s Included

Your $485 per person includes:

• Three-night cabin stay, March 12–15, 2027.
• Breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the getaway.
• Water, various juices, coffee, soda, and mimosas.
• Planned evening activities and theme nights.

Bring your favorite snacks and any additional beverages you enjoy!

Weekend Activities

We’ll enjoy Movie Night, Sister2Sister Night, Game Night, theme nights, and other activities throughout the weekend.

Afternoons are yours to recharge. Take a nap, enjoy the views, or connect at your own pace. Activities are planned with rest in mind. No group activities outside the cabin are scheduled.

Shared Accommodations — Please Read Before Booking

This is a shared cabin experience. Sleeping arrangements require sharing bedrooms, bathrooms, and beds.

You must be comfortable with these shared arrangements for the entire three-night stay. Your reservation does not include a private bedroom, bathroom, or individual bed.

Food Allergies & Dietary Needs

Please notify us of any food or beverage allergies in advance.

If you require specialty foods or drinks, please bring your own. You may also purchase these items through a Walmart pickup order and coordinate the pickup location and time with us ahead of time. We can collect your order when we pick up the group’s groceries upon arriving in town.

Payment Options

Total cost: $485 per person

Pay in full when booking or use the following payment schedule:

Your $150 deposit counts toward your total and secures your reservation. All balances must be paid in full by February 1, 2027.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the organizer.

• Through February 1, 2027: Receive a full refund of payments made, including your deposit.
• Beginning February 2, 2027: All payments are nonrefundable. You may transfer your paid reservation to another guest at no additional charge.
• Transfers: You are responsible for finding your replacement and notifying the organizer before the getaway. Any reimbursement between you and your replacement must be arranged directly.
• Replacement guests: Must agree to the shared bedroom, bathroom, and bed arrangements and all getaway policies.
• Organizer cancellation: If the organizer cancels the getaway, all payments will be refunded.

By booking, you acknowledge the shared accommodations, payment deadlines, and cancellation and transfer policy outlined above.
